Knowledge Base entry on what to check for if the AMS generated system emails are not being received by the User.
Q. For some reason the system e-mails from the AMS if they are not being received by me.

A. On your Homepage you have the option to view "My Profile" and "Update Profile", here you can check your email address, make sure that it is the correct one, or most current one you are using.

A. Some email filters may deliver these to the Users Trash / Spam / Junk folder so need to check there. Also note that the User may have more than one folder (Trash / Spam etc) so need to check in more than one location.

A. Kallik Technical Support can run a test program that will send out a test emails from the AMS System to the Users email account.
